A great group of volunteers is what makes the difference between an 'okay' Convocation and a 'great' Convocation!
Convocation is one of UNBC’s most important annual events, and its success is attributed to the 100 volunteers that come out each year. Our volunteers ensure that graduates, families, and friends have a memorable day full of wonderful experiences. And remember, volunteers are provided lunch on Convocation day.
Volunteerism is crucial, but it is also rewarding and fun. Discover the passion, excitement, and pride felt by students graduating from UNBC and?know that you are part of something great!
Note: Staff volunteers will do Convocation duties during the normal work week so please ensure you have approval from your manager or supervisor before submitting this form. Work hours may be shifted in order to accommodate the Convocation schedule. Any additional hours above and beyond a normal work day will be true volunteered time.
